WHAT WE MEAN BY DINING

LIGURIAN TRADITION ON OUR TABLE
2 or 3 times a week, in the evening, our guests can stay at the Agriturismo to taste our products FROM THE GARDEN to the TABLE. Only products from our FARM or from local businesses. Unique dishes that encompass all the nutritional values we need: from spelt salad to various vegetables, from testaroli made with ancient grains and spelt flour, to pesto, from Monterosso anchovies to savory and sweet pies, from grilled meats to platters of cured meats and cheeses from our VAL DI VARA.
Promoting local products helps us better respect the environment, the air, and helps small, family-run rural businesses survive in a harsh and difficult territory… We also offer TAKEAWAYS, food to enjoy in the garden, on the terrace, in the pool area, or even AT THE BEACH…. In the evening on the beautiful beaches at sunset, as in my family’s tradition!!!!
Dining in the evening on the beach, without confusion, with the cool sea breeze is imprinted in my mind as a beautiful memory of my childhood!
It is our care to accompany guests to spend a special holiday, as special as the places in this EASTERN LIGURIAN LAND!!

The cost of the Menu ranges from 23 to 27 euros per person, drinks not included.

For those who wish, tasty VEGETARIAN and VEGAN MENUS are prepared with seasonal vegetables
We also organize tasty SNACKS for our customers with crostini, salads, sgabei (fried bread), mixed cold cuts, local cheeses, grilled vegetables, etc… to be enjoyed in the cool garden near the charming and refreshing pool.
Visitors to these places will also have the opportunity to taste a typical dish of the poor peasant culture of eastern Liguria and Lunigiana: the TESTAROLO.
To be enjoyed hot with cheese and cured meats; or boiled and seasoned with pesto, oil and pecorino cheese or mushroom sauce.
