La Giara is a farm of about 7 hectares, a small reality that, like in the past, tries to be self-sufficient.
In our gardens, cultivated using natural synergistic methods, plants live in harmony.
The land is respected, patience is rewarded
We are experimenting with Fukuoka’s method for sowing wheat, spelt, and corn on hard ground.
We sow SENATORE CAPPELLI durum wheat;
We participate in the recovery of the ANCIENT WHITE WHEAT of the Suvero valleys in Val di Vara.
We sow FRASSINETTO variety soft wheat.
A modest production of extra virgin olive oil can be tasted by guests.
The company is increasing its production of local fruit, which will be used to make delicious jams that will feature in morning breakfasts.
