La Giara is a farm of about 7 hectares, a small reality that, like in the past, tries to be self-sufficient. In the greenhouses and fields, we cultivate all types of vegetables, potatoes, wheat, spelt, and corn using synergistic agriculture systems, permaculture, and Fukuoka's method. A modest production of extra virgin olive oil that can be tasted by guests. The farm is increasing its production of native fruits for the creation of tasty jams that will appear at breakfast.
